We came from Alberta to pick up the 2114 Safari Condo we ordered in November. We had to wait a while due to travel restrictions. The team at Get-Away RV were absolutely spectacular! They were diligent in maintaining safe distances while helping us get everything sorted. They took care of all our concerns and set our minds to rest. Since we got in so late, they let us sleep in our new camper, which allowed us to shake out a few things while they were right there able to answer our questions. We highly recommend!

We received excellent service from the entire staff at Get-Away RV. Very patient with our many questions, and when unsure of an answer were quick to call the manufacture and get the answer. The only dealer that has ever encouraged us to walk away and think about the purchase...and absolutely no pressure, just smiling faces. Even the tech getting things ready in +30 weather, happily made adjustments and offered suggestions. We traveled over 700 km to purchase our trailer..and would do it again! We can't say enough about the service we received!! Thanks to the staff for all of your help, greatly appreciated!

My husband and I bought an RV from them, it was a two year old model. We were asked to take it home and camping to work out all the bugs. We did and the repair shop went above and beyond as far as we were concerned to get it all ship shape. The sales team were also very pleasant to deal with, no high pressure sales tactics. We would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy an RV.

This is the first time we have ever dealt with a RV company, our experience was exceptionally good. As with purchasing anything new like cars houses etc… there are usually some issues (that’s life). We bought a brand new camper from Get-A-Way this spring; we had a couple issues related to the manufacture of the camper. We brought these issues to the attention of the company and they had us return the camper for the required fix /repairs. This was done in a very timely manner and great results. The staff was extremely professional and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to buy an RV.
