I just went to this Tim Horton drive-thru. I ordered several items with the App sale price. When I pulled over to pay, the price was different from the App's sale price. Then they told me that I could only order one item with the on sale price on the App. Okay then I told them that I only wanted one item and requested to cancel all the others. They told me that they could not cancel or change the order that I had to pay whatever it was because they had already scanned the QR code on my phone. I offered the option that they could charge my credit card and then refund and reorder. Their manager came out and told me that they could not charge and refund that I had to pay what it was. Wow, I hadn't even paid! Why couldn't they cancel or change the order. Even I were had already paid, they should also be able to refund to me if I had not received the purchase yet! I was so surprised and upset and drove away! Horrible serve. Don't go to this Tim Horton!

This Tim Hortons has gone completely downhill. If you are lucky enough to actually have them take your order in a reasonable amount of time, they almost always screw it up. They have the most inconsistent coffee making abilities, and the girls in the evening are down right ignorant ...

Anytime I come to this location I am asked to pull to the side if I order anything other then coffee. They are rude and unprofessional. My order is never right because they are rushing. They are trying to keep the drive thru times down by Making people wait on the side
