Tim Hortons

Pretty slow service, lots of staff on duty but none of them putting any more than the minimum amount of effort or enthusiasm into customer service. Restaurant was clean and a healthy positive environment. Food was normal as I had expected. Good value for the money but it took forever to order and there were only three if us in line. If you're in a hurry, try another TH location

Ordered was incorrect which I made the mistake of not immediately checking myself as I was being rushed out so drive thru times might be met. I really wished Tim's focused more on training employees and customer service, rather than speed.

Always love this place staff always professional. Place is clean. And right now Glade to see them take extra covid-19 steps to keep us and the staff safe.
