Can't comment much about service as we used drive through in this difficult time. Can only say service was correct.nHowever, the burgers were probably one of the bests I have ever had at McDonald's. They even looked like the photo! Well presented. Somewhat juicy even (compared to the standard shoe sole patty). Was definitely greatly surprised.nWell done
Its nice when the food is hot and fresh even after midnight. Even got monopoly pieces 4 days after monopoly had ended. Not gonna complain about that
food was ordered pretty quick and never had an issue. staff are friendly and always nice. 9/10 would recommend.
I ordered a big Mac after a nice long shift at work. It took them over 15 minutes to get my burger to the vehicle. As soon as I opened the bag, I took a bite out if my burger and noticed that they forgot the toppings. They were NOT busy. Then I went back and waited for over 20 more minutes for them to fix my order. Extremely disappointed in this mcdonalds.
I've always enjoyed their food but I only wish that while at the drive through they would always hand you the straw(s) along with the drink(s) instead of putting them in the bag, that way they can't forget them. Also, it would be nice if the person bringing your order out to your car when you need to wait, that they at least hurry a bit so that our order doesn't get any colder. In Washington State, they literally run to your car!
