Normally, I have a rather pleasant experience here. While I understand it can get crazy busy and have long estimated wait times, you shouldn't have to ask multiple staff members to receive your mobile order. The first inquiry was met with some attitude after I waited 15min, when the estimated time was 10min. Then, I had to ask a different staff member for an update after waiting another 5min and people who placed their order after me were getting their orders first.nnThere also isn't any enforcement of masks for customers. Sitting next to the door was a family of 4-5 with a couple of small children where not a single one of them was wearing a mask.
One of the busiest Starbucks drive-thrus in Abbotsford. Friendly staff. Fast good service. Covid ready. Clean
Great Starbucks!!! Never gets my order wrong!! Only downside the line up is always super long!! But they cant help that!!!
I went inside to purchase a coffee and then found out 10min later that I had been que’d behind the drive through orders???? When I asked for my coffee she said the sticker hadn’t been printed yet??? This is beyond rude STARBUCKS. The practice has always been those who serve the drive through and those who serve inside, and on top of that three workers were standing around wiping and rewiping the same bloody area clearly trying to stay busy. I left without my coffee. You have gotten way too big for your britches STARBUCKS!
