I like their coffee. However, the service through drive-through and walk-ins has gotten seemingly quite slow. Drive-through used to be a treat, but not so much anymore. Orders through the app are seemingly quicker, but I have to get out of the car, of course. And then that presents yet another... I really like their coffee, it's just not as much of a treat as it used to be. It just seems to have gotten more complicated. Covid-19; my age?
Waited 10 mins for a mobile order and finally asked the lady and it was sitting behind the counter melting. They saw me standing there obviously waiting. Bomboclaat!! And there was much less cream than usual on the pumpkin cream cold brew. Now it tastes too strongly of coffee! Basically ruined my trip to Kelowna. Booo!!
One of my favorite Starbucks in town. Friendly staff and a drive-thru!
We drove through from Hope, on Mother's Day, as my daughter wanted to treat me to a special drink. It was crazy busy, it was a very hot day, long line up in drive through, but so worth the wait! Very friendly staff, quick with the order, and so professional, considering the extreme heat and pressure all the staff were under. I highly recommend this Starbucks and we will definitely be back!! Drinks were so awesome!!
