Lined up to open an account. Was told that no one could do that. Left my business card and was promised that someone would contact me. Two weeks have gone by and still no call.

There has always been exceptional customer service at this location. Recently, I have taken out a loan and the process was made infinitely less stressful by the open and candid conversations that I was able to have with their financial advisor. She did her utmost to get me the lowest interest rate and most convenient payment plan. In an environment of sterile consumerism, I appreciate being treated like part of a community. Although the lineups can be long at times, this is understandable, since I am one of many people who would rather wait here rather than go to a different bank.

Your an essential service and should be open. The hours you are open are not convenient for people who are working an essential service job right now. Closed on weekends and only open until four pm during the week is very difficult.

Always great service and have great options for accounts! They have a nice app and website too so its great for people who don't want to deal with the big banks.

The machines that count cash for the tellers are incredibly slow to connect to the computers.nFor the past year every time I have to do a deposit the teller will apologize for how long the machines take to connect and comment they are so slow.nFix your machines!
