I loved when I walked in, there were people greeting me and made me feel welcomed. Best customer service. Offered me coffee or water. Glad I switched banks.

Worst customer service ever, rude staff, staff also doesn’t appear to know their job description, not informative, and or very educated on how to educate the client ... we are in the midst of changing banks ..... management is also a failure .... one avoided my calls for a week .... I went to their regional manager .....

Worst bank I ever had to deal with! Did not accept an official bank draft from envision because it wasn’t enough proof that i had founds on my account! But that is exactly the reason why I made a bank draft!!! Very bad customer service also!!! I don’t recommend RBC!!!

I have visited this branch ever since it opened and I have always had a wonderful experience with all the tellers up until today.nnA teller named Adriana Obeta was such an unprofessional, unhelpful, unknowledgeable, unwilling teller who had an awful demeanor and attitude. Pointing the finger at me warning me to not raise my voice when I simply asked if I could speak to Mr. Jasprit Gill (who was the teller next to her who helped me out from the start) for confirmation on what to do next. I have a lot to say, but this has been reported to the headquarters.nPeople can have a bad day sometimes, but no need to ruin other people's days, especially when you are representing RBC.nnA special thanks to Mr. Gill for intervening in this unpleasant situation and providing step by step assistance to me.

Update on another transaction... ( will now be switching banks )nSending a wire transfer in person at the bank .. all complete .. then get a call the very next day they need more fees and money and the transaction did not go through.. I have the receipt for everything and now you want more and did it incorrectly .. and you want to handle my life savings and businesses ... ? No thanks
