BMO Bank of Montreal

I had problem with BMO MasterCard the branch manager called me she told me that she can fix it and told me to come to the branch to order me a new card so went into the branch she said order a new card will get in 10 days but 4 weeks later still did not get my new BMO MasterCard so called MasterCard they told me nothing has been done on the account and no notes left on it what waste of time will not do any more business with BMO. Thanks For Nothing what a waste of my time.

I've been dealing with BMO since 1999 when I lived in Langley. Moved to Abbotsford and this is now my favourite branch. The account managers are always looking for ways to help out.nI recently received an introductory email from the branch manager Jaspreet. In my 50 years of banking with nearly a dozen different companies, no one has ever reached out in this way.nThe only thing that would be better is the smell of the dairy farm nearby. Obviously this wouldn't affect my rating but it sure can be nasty at times.
