Always clean & friendly. Never run out of advertised items. Their Dole bananas are the best in town. Easy parking. I would not however recommend their Pharmacy. Rude ppl and I had to return 3 times for one prescription...naturally that was my last one.
I love Giant Eagle and I don't mind spending extra money for quality food. That being said, it seems everyone working at this location Thanksgiving Day hated to be there, and it showed. From the older female employee yelling at my son to pull his mask up to the deli worker who couldn't be bothered to even smile, to the produce guy who didn't want ro be bothered with a question from a customer It was a terrible experience all around except the cashier who seemed to be the only person there not in misery.
Needs updating
I try not to shop here unless I absolutely have to. Their prices are typically considerably higher than the exact same items at Walmart. Their gimmick is that you sign up for a loyalty card and get perks like cheaper gas at their pumps or a percentage off future purchases. Even with the perks, you end up paying a lot more.
Your store is great. However, just a suggestion, the telephone “hold” music is AWEFUL! An update recommended. ud83dude0a
