S & V Glass

Lets start with, just go to S & V glass for all your window needs first! I had an arched specialty Anderson window in my home, unfortunately my son shot a bb into it!! After months of trying to get anyone to fix it, because it was a "specialty window" I was given the run around, I finally got Anderson to get me the exact window so I would not have to destroy my rock wall where the window was, but then I couldn't get anyone to order it for me. Nobody wanted to take responsibility and eat the cost if the window came and did not fit. I was even told by a company in Provo, that they did not need my business! Fall is coming, I needed my window fixed, I saw S & V glass on the back of the phone book and called to see if there was anything they could possibly do, I was very frustrated and discouraged at this point, within 2 hours S & V glass were at my home to take a look, I watched their expressions, expecting the same thing "we don't want to touch it" they just laughed, asked a few questions, popped off the trim around the window,without ruining it, measured the window and said it will be here in 2 weeks! I was shocked! excited! and relieved! My window came, just as they said, they installed it, and even washed my window before leaving! Vernon and his staff were great and friendly to work with. I appreciate their business, and their willingness to help me, I know you would be pleased with their services as well. I would definitely suggest them to anyone looking for windows or the services they provide!
