I was very impressed today with how the staff at the Meridian Lynden Dominos handled my issue. We had a family gathering today and I had ordered 7 pizzas on Thursday night to be picked up today at 11:30. I did call this morning once they opened and confirmed they saw my order in their system. However when I drove up to pick up the pizzas they were not ready. It seems that sometimes their system sometimes has a problem with pre-orders and doesn't charge the CC correctly and thus doesn't spit out the order to them to make it. Long story ... but I figured the back story would help.nnThe gentleman who explained this told me they would make the 7 pizzas right then (he wrote down what I had ordered from my email confirmation) and would have them ready in 20 minutes. I saw all of the staff get to work and in 20 minutes they walked the pizzas out to my car. Best yet, he apologized and did not charge me for the pizzas. Sure enough I checked my CC this evening and nothing was charged by the website from my Thursday order. They saved lunch for 11 hungry kids and parents and turned me into a repeat customer. Thank you for the awesome attitude and service!

This Domino's is awesome! I've ordered 3 pizzas from them, and I've had a great experience with every single one of them. The Domino's app makes ordering super easy. It shows all the current coupons, allows you to easily select/modify toppings (left side/right side/whole pizza), and lets you track your pizza as it's made and then notifies you that it's ready to be picked up. I paid for my pizza and literally 10 seconds later I was notified it was in the oven. Just had the Chicken Bacon Ranch (w/ 50% off coupon yayuhh!) and it was the best pizza I've had in a longgg time! Definitely my go-to pizza joint in Lynden now.nnWings are a no-go though, which is disappointing. Tiny, soggy things (Verified by Rhett and Link on YouTube) that, IMO, should not even be considered when ordering. Also, I feel like some pizza toppings have been a bit light, but you can easily order extra.
