I accidentally delivered my pizza to the wrong address and realized after it was delivered. I called and let the store know and they were so nice and kind and got it fixed for me right away! I know things can’t be easy with everything going on but they gave me great service! If I had been in the same situation with a customer I probably just woulda said tough luck. But they helped me out and I really appreciate it!
First off thank you for refunding our money. Unfortunately this was probably some of the worst customer service we've received in years.nnThis restaurant is not prepared to handle the covid-19. Strongly recommend driving to Ferndale if you want Domino's. Their customer service is much better there and they actually have a sound service plan in place.
So initially didn't start out so well. Got my pizza, didn't come out correct, had to call them up, it was gonna be another 30 minutes but Dominoes deliver. I recieved 2 boxes instead of 1. Dominoes changed my medium pizza order to a large pizza and added brownie cookies. Thanks Dominoes!!
It was fast, it was delicious, Billy Jo did great. Keep up the great work.
Ferndale nor Lynden will deliver to our house. We are 3.3 miles from ferndale and 5.1 miles from Lynden. I will not ever support dominoes from here on out. Boycotted!!!
