Wow, am shocked reading all the negative reviews. Yes, the pharmacy people are not friendly..I don't get my scripts there but they hate even answering a simple question. As far as the rest of the staff, they are all so friendly & helpful. David, Bob, Glen especially. I love going in there & even if I leave empty handed, always have a smile on my face when dealing or talking to them. David even helped me pick out a lip stick color & I like it very much. Kudos to Lynden Rite-Aid!

Lynden Rite Aid store manager DAVID deserves my compliments and a shout out ud83dude00. He makes me want to keep buying at this store.nI have visited this location several times and have observed David to quickly and efficiently help his staff up front at the registers when needed andndeals courteously with customers.nAfter this last visit today, I am taking the time to comment because again, I noticed he uses wise judgement to err on the side of excellent customer service instead of taking a hardline. I can tell he is professional and kind-hearted.n...and your weekly promos and points, keep savvy shoppers coming-- and buying additional non sale items too!ud83dudc4d

RUDE EMPLOYEES.nnThe New Staff that work at front counter and pharmacy are INCREDIBLY RUDE. Shocking that there manager has not fired them for there incredibly rude attitudes towards customers.

Very poor customer service. Employees that treat elderly customers with disrespect should be ashamed. Today I watched an employee dismiss a customer and asked him to leave. The elderly man complied and show ID when buying beer. He had asked why that was a policy because he was old and looked very over and 21. The lady told him it is a policy they have to follow and he just simply said “ that’s a stupid policy.” Reminding you he already gave him his passport and complied with the policy.nnTo my surprise the employee snapped along with her co worker on the customer and told him he would respect them and to leave. I was behind and witnessed everything and did speak up. Needless to say I did encounter the same treatment. I asked to speak to the manager. Still the employees both argued with me and kept it going.nnRite Aid needs to train employees in customer service. You can’t disrespect customers and expect someone not to speak up. You can’t dismiss a customer because they made you feel some type of of way when they complied to your policy. Since when can employees tell customers to leave? Should it be a policy to get a manager?nnRite Aid stop having your average employees determine who can buy your products. Make a policy that a manager needs to come to handle any customer service needs in this situation.
