Our experience with Pros RV Repair and Rebuild was outstanding. They gave us am estimate before starting any work, when the work was finished it was great quality and the cost was exactly the estimate. I have a 30' travel trailer that had a roof leak. I decided to bring it to Pros RV for a quote on the roof repair. After meeting the owner, Matt I knew I had made the right choice. He gave me a quote and a timeline to do the work. The quote was very reasonable and I had him do the repairs. He did exactly what he said he would do in the time he said he would do it in. He sent progress pictures during the rebuild. The new roof is beautiful, he did an amazing job. He was not the closest shop, over 2 1/2 hours away. But well worth the drive. If you are looking for a roof repair on your RV, this is your shop. I highly recommend Pro RV, thanks for what you did for our trailer Matt. I attached a before and after picture. We are very happy.
Went to Pros RV Repair for a repair estimate on my fifth wheel on August 21. Matt said I would get the estimate in a couple of days. Ten days later I left a phone message and sent an email asking when I could expect the estimate. No reply. It is now September 16. When I first met Matt I felt like he was a straight shooter. To say the least I am very disappointed and have moved on. Based on other reviews I would say my experience is the exception.
Had my RV winterized, first time at this shop. It's a small shop offering personal, honest service. Matt will be my go to guy for all thing RV.
From the start, the owner kept his word on how much repairs would cost and the time frame. He took care of the warranty and insurance companies. Beautiful work!!! Couldn't even tell where my camper had been damaged .I highly recommend pros rv
