Hal you're the ultimate best in all the Northwest!!!! Everyone is truly so friendly and on it!!! For my Birthday they all surprise me with a song at the drive thru in stealth mode kept the flow of traffic on task!!! Thanks always for the triple filtered water!!!
Love the drinks, and usually the staff is very friendly and polite. However on one occasion, I was having a pretty rough day so I naturally thought to get a drink to perk up.nnAt the drive through I asked if you could get a specific drink without something in it, and they lady got a little confused. That was fine, I understood that it was a sort of confusing question. But then a different lady took over, and yelled at me?? I was stunned. It made me cry a little bit. So I said never mind, I’ll just get something else.nnIt was a terrible experience for me, and I haven’t been back since. This is coming from a fellow food service worker, who would never EVER raise their voice to a customer for asking a question. Starbucks, I think you need to re-evaluate your staff.
This new pink drink is a hit. Those freeze dried strawberries start filling with the cream and hit your tastebuds with a tart sweetness that cause all your problems to disappear. Yes, i am a man. Yes, I have ordered a pink drink.

Drive thru was swamped on a Saturday morning, staff was doing the best they could, bit it was an unusual wait for a Starbucks. Food and coffee were hot, fresh and tasty. Quality didn't suffer, and everyone was friendly and apologetic. Really nice crew, they just needed some help.
