Most of the time they are very helpful but recently they keep promising to reinstate my online access but the day they say they will when I call them they keep telling me that I have to wait longer, I was even told this month that I'll have to wait another six months before they can do anything.

We have been doing our banking with WECU for over 20 years! The staff has always been extremely helpful and courteous.

If your a business owner, don't go here. They will end up wasting your time.

The branch I frequent the most, very helpful employees and even when the line get a little long things seem to move pretty quickly. Loan officers were very nice as well and super accommodating of my ignorance to the process.
