My experience has been positive. This is my third time renting from Pacific Self Storage in Ferndale. I recently asked the manager to replace the door seal on one of my units and it was done quickly with no questions asked.nAlthough the facility is on the older side the units are clean and dry. I also like the spaciousness around each building. Plenty of room to maneuver a large truck and trailer. A pleasant place to store your belongings.
The process of getting and moving into a unit was really simple. The facility is secure and I didn't encounter any issues accessing my unit as needed.
Best rates we found in town. Very no hassle and great communication if there's any problems. Counter staff are amazing. Owner(s) are lucky to have them. Hours are late enough to accomidate even long, all-day moves.
New owner floored me with courtesy and service. Very reasonable rates and hours. Refreshing to be treated like a valued customer.
