Never have moble orders halfway ready always told go wait out front then 5 min later they bring itnout very poor service when drive threw is fater then moble orders

I have had bad experiences with the Ferndale branch getting my order so wrong. I am in grad school and I did not have time to look over the order which was a huge mistake.nnIn summary, in one order they they swapped the chicken nuggets for one of my kids with churros. Then they missed an order of chicken nuggets and an order for french fries. All in the same meal...nnI am the process of filing a complaint but it has taken 2 weeks to get any response.

I have had so many problems with the Ferndale location, it’s not even funny. 98% of the time I order from there something is done wrong. Orders made wrong, not getting the food I ordered, rude employees, etc. And this has been happening since long before quarantine. In fact, before the quarantine, I had a friend that was hired there, never given a schedule, and when he went to ask about it - nicely I might add - they fired him. Today I ordered food through Door Dash, didn’t get part of the order that was paid for and when I called to ask about it, they said they weren’t gonna do anything about it. I’ve tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, and just taking breaks from them from time to time, but I’m so done. As much as I love their food-when it’s done right-, from now on I’m either not eating from there again, or going out of my to get it from a different location.
