I have been getting quite a bit of maintenance work done here recently. I am happy with the service. Their prices have matched the best quotes I've gotten. I can tell my car is performing better. I will return to Willands for anything my car needs..... Update. Gave 5 stars instead of 4, they deserve it. Moved out of area but my time spent here was worth it. Thanks Willands!

The people at Willand's Auto are AMAZING! They worked so hard on my car, were extremely nice and supportive about figuring it all out, and they don't over charge you! They are more than fair and me and my two sons are SO Grateful to them because i need my car for work to support these boys and they made it possible and made sure we were going to be in a safe vehicle! This happened a few months back but I was charged $120 for an oil change. I figured perhaps my car ran a more expensive synthetic but now that I’m due for another oil change I see that it’s shouldn’t cost even close to that amount. Nice enough guys at the desk, but feel ripped off.

I just had the worst experience here. I was quoted 74.00 to bleed my husband's breaks. The breaks worked but had to be pumped to engage. The guy who I spoke with said yep that sounds right but we will look it over and see if anything is wrong. I then added a oil change and wiper blades to the list thinking I was supporting local businesses. Well 3 hours later we were charged 188.00 . 26.00x2 for wiper blades??? Oh and my husband had no breaks on the way home and actually almost hit another car because he wasn't able to stop fast enough. I called them and they said it was because we need a Master cylinder replaced. Ok maybe but why did we come in with breaks and leave with none? I now have to have it towed to a shop I should have taken it to in the first place. I will never go back. No good deed goes unpunished I guess.
