A nightmare of customer service and follow through…it is easy to walk through the door and be greeted with such excitement but when you make that purchase it all goes out the door!!! I purchased my vehicle from Emil and George who processed my warranty paperwork incorrectly right out the door. They said at anytime if I need service “warranty” work done that they would assist with the whole process. WRONG! After 2 months of my vehicle being in service….no contact or communication from George when he promised he would call and inform me of the status…Don’t count on it! I have my vehicle back and still no word from George to follow up and make sure the issues were resolved, which no they are not resolved. Funny story though we talked to one of their Ex-employees who then informed us that George didn’t even know what he was purchasing when he original bought the vehicle for his dealership.nPeople need to know that this company has bad customer service and they file paperwork incorrectly when purchasing a vehicle from them. They also need to know that they lack actual knowledge about vehicles...anyone can sale something. I would never recommend this company to anyone and if I could have filed a civil case against them I would have.

Great place with a pretty large selection. They've got some friendly salesmen (which I think is rare nowadays) and aren't in a rush to hardsell you or anything. I'll be coming back for that little two door manual mazda convertible if its not too pricey. ud83dude0d

Chris has horrible customer service. Lol looked down like we were trash, but in all reality I could pay cash for anyone of ur cars on ur lot.. was looking for a suv for my daughter. Wont be back and will be sure to spread the bad experience

Emil helped me continuously and generously throughout the buying process of my sports car. The experience was genuinely helpful and enjoyable, they did end up selling me the car with a faulty manual but regardless it was a splendid experience.

Worked with Bones on a car deal for our daughter. This guy is the best around. We have bought many cars in the past working with Chris (Bones) Bonesteele. If you want a fair, honest, professional deal this guy is your salesman. Ask for him, you won't be disappointed.
