H&R Block

I love working with my professional team at my local H & R Block office. I feel reassured that my taxes are done correctly, and that I am being assisted in my financial life by people who actually care about my well-being. The money I spend at H & R Block feels worthy of the dollars invested. I plan on returning again next year, wiser and more confident! That is how I feel every year, and why I return!

Anna was extremely attentive and showed a strong desire to get things done.

5 full months ago, after they did my taxes (which I was double charged for, took nearly 2 months of phone calls to get refunded and then I was told they would be giving me a refund of the original payment to make up for the inconvenience AND THEY NEVER DID THAT EITHER) I still haven’t received my refund and I FEEL THAT THEY HAVE NO INTEREST IN HELPING ME! They are a very bad company when it comes to standing behind their customer service.nThey are non responsive, unprofessional, and they flat out lie to you.nI wouldn’t even give them 1 star if I had my choice.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!nnAbsolutely the worst experience I have had with HR Block. I am a lifetime client and will never EVER return to this branch. Anna Z. was confrontational had zero answers for my questions and essentially told me to leave. My situation stemmed because my company was located out of Oregon yet I am a Washington resident and am only required to pay a small percentage of Oregon state tax. My tax preparer in Tricities last year was knowledgeable and super helpful in determining my returnnAnna however, basically was a number puncher of the form and when asked specific questions regarding my situation was confrontational, and borderline aggressive.nShe made accusations that my tax preparer from last year was acting fraudulently and essentially told me that I was asking her to prepare my taxes in a fraudulently as well.nAs a lifelong client of HR Block with outstanding service in the past, I can not and will no longer rationalize paying this company for any services whatsoever.nUnprofessional service compliment of Anna C. Zachwieja.nI will be contacting branch management and Corporate.nNone of you should have to deal with this in any aspect of business or customer service.

We have come to the same office since we moved to this location and have had very good service from this same professional.
