We have rented storage space as well as moving trucks from these folks over the past couple of years. Units and vehicles are always very clean and well-functioning. We have only ever had one issue tied to a mix-up with billing, and I'm not exaggerating when I say that Sam was able to resolve the issue in less than five minutes, all the while being highly considerate and courteous. We will happily continue to support this local business, and recommend them to anyone in the area.
PIONEER STORAGE SAVED ME! After issues with Bugdet and other uhaul companies I was recommended to them and they had a van available for me thru the weekend! The van worked wonders for moving & was very clean! Their staff is also great! After panicking about moving Pioneer saved the day. Will be going to them first from now on. Thank you all so much!.
