As a Canadian living in Vancouver we are only a hop and a skip away from the border so after discovering 5D Packages I was not only pleased with the service, rates but also how much money I have been saving from import shipping charges!nnEven during the pandemic with border closures the customer service that the staff (Sheila to be specific) at 5D packages were top shelf! They were responsive and went out of their way to ensure my packages still got to me with their reshipping service.nnI highly recommend 5DPACKAGES cause they rock!
I've been using 5d for a couple of years now. It's a pretty simple service, but it works really well! Simple, easy to use website. Good hours at both locations, and lots of easy parking (especially at this newer one). Plus, rewards for referrals, and great pricing. You can't go wrong!
