My kids enjoyed themselves first real outing since the pandemic. They have the booths sectioned according to social distancing guidelines. They are disinfecting the areas periodically. They annouce mask reminders on the P A system. The food was good too, bathrooms were clean ud83dudc4c. Temperature check at the door. Just make sure you have reservations otherwise you will be outside until a time slot is available. The staff is very friendly at this location.
We love this place friendly staff always we have a good time jumping here way better than Sky Zone.
This Urban Air location is the best one! We enjoyed everything there including the pizza which was really good. They even have Gluten-free pizza. One thing that was extraordinary for us was the ability for all of our children to be safe and have fun. From ages 1-10, they were all entertained and safe. Two items that stood out on this visit: 1. They had a talented magician walking around doing really detailed and fascinating tricks. 2. The face painter was crazy talented and best part... wait for it... the face paint was super easy to remove but lasted all day!nWe will be returning and we recommend Urban Air Willow Grove. Make sure to try dodge ball, the sky coaster and the pizza.
Its nice but too crowded even with the reduced capacity.
