Someone staying at our house had this company come do work. I saw the truck on my Ring security and called to say that my wife and I (the homeowners) had not authorized any work on or in the house. He got very short with me and was very rude and condescending on the phone. He contradicted himself as to the reason for the initial call. I threatened to call the police and he hung up the phone on me several times.nBiggest jackass I have ever spoken to as a service representative.

I locked my keys in my car on a Sunday morning, and googled locksmiths near me and Roger's Safe and Lock came up with great ratings. I see why because I called and I was told someone would be there in ten minutes and I believe Robert got there in less than ten minutes! I was back in my car in less than ten minutes!
