Nicole was very informative and friendly. She carefully listened to me when I asked for a break. She provided great suggestions without being asked like providing me with cooling pack and gel. And she even asked if I needed stress balls during the procedure and if I needed any cooling pack for the drive home. She was very considerate and made the whole experience that much better.
