Absolutely love this place! The yoga teachers here are so encouraging and knowledgeable. The facilities are clean and modern, and there are various types of classes you can take. The owners and staff are friendly and accommodating. Thanks to the whole team.nnTeachers are just fantastic and the yoga room and facilities are second to none. If you are visiting town or lucky enough to live nearby you should definitely check it out.nnI can truly relax here and connect with the inner peace.

A great Studio for yoga. The room is clean, the vibe is right & teachers are great. Reason for 4☆'s is because of the range of yoga classes. If they had a couple classes touching more on meditation, spirituality & free flow I would rate 5☆'s While the classes they offer are consistent & well taught i think they could bring some new teachers / class styles to widen their range of practices offered.nn✌ud83dudc99
I liked the old place better, the new location is much smaller, specially in the change room there is not much space! Only one washroom, and the set up for showers is not the best, everywhere gets wet and I don't like it to walk over wet spots!! Recently, they are offering much less Inferno Hot Pilates classes and more Bikram classes. I was really enjoying Inferno Hot Pilates classes here before, very good instructors, but my favourite trainers do not offer classes there anymore, I am disappointed. It used to be much better in 2019.
I tried this place out for the first time and was super impressed with the overall customer service. Patrick got me signed up using the awesome Groupon I purchased for 10 classes, follow up call the next day to ask how my experience was. I survived and will be going back! I feel great, a little sore as I havent exercised in a long time but already notice a change in my posture and aching back as well as less stressed. Would highly recommend to friends and family!
