ProRelo Moving and Storage

My package came sooner than expected. Delivery set up was easy and confirmed over a text and online. They delivered the item within the specified time frame. I even received a call prior to them arriving. They brought my package to the door. Very good service! I wish all my deliveries were this easy and professional.

***ATTN: TRUCKERS*** Best and easiest approach for delivering is to come from the north so ProRelo is on your left. Park on the street and go check in to see which dock your backing in to and back in from the street, through the gate and into your dock. Hopefully another truck doesn't dock to your left, because you probably won't be able to get out and they're somewhat slow at unloading. Took 4.5 hours to unload me while another driver that was done a couple of hours before me had to wait til they were done with me so he could get out.

The customer service was friendly and professional from start to end. I received a call to inform me of my delivery from a very nice and friendly employee. The drivers called before delivery to say they would be there within 30 minutes and were exactly on time. The young men unloaded my delivery and placed where I asked and were very considerate. I would absolutely use this service again.

The two men were very attentive and nice. They showed concerns about me helping my husband to move the package inside the house. Since I didn’t pay extra for that service we didn’t want to involve them, but they offered to help several times. Very cool of them!

Out of 5 stars I give this crew 10 stars!! Thank you Max, BranDon, Jermaine, Byron, and Greg so much! The price was spot on, they were professional and efficient! I have moved over 15+ times over the years and this was one of the smoothest moves I’ve experienced! A friend recently used ProRelo for her move and highly recommended them, so glad I listened to her! Moving is a stressful process but you’re in good hands with this crew! Thank you so much!!
