Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, only to have the front driver's side wheel thrashing quite heavily the next time I drove it. Upon inspection I find that all but one of the lugs were completely loose (I'm surprised none fell off). The one that was on was only hand tight. Also found my battery cover just laying on top of the engine the next time I filled my wiper fluid.nThis was about 6 months ago, and I was gonna just let it go, until they had the nerve to call me to sell me on more service (they were already aware of what happened).nDon't trust people who can't even put your tires back on!
