The manager Shyan is amazing friendly hard working!
Best timmies in the province, service is always excellent and staff is very friendly.
The staff are always welcoming, it definitely has a local coffee shop feel even if it is a franchise.

We went to order for a large group for our morning meeting. the girl with blue shirt (supervisor?)were rude and impatient, messed up with our order. we ordered 8 drinks but got only 7 have to rechk the receipt with her. breakfast sandwiches were exptecting 3 but she charged for 2. well, she didn't even chk all the items that we ordered just rushed us to wait aside for the food. wasting so much time by chking the receipt and the items we received.
