The staff at this store is outstanding. Very friendly and accommodating. I was very touched today when a man, possibly with possibe Downs Syndrome, came in. GAGE engaged with the man, they were both laughing, and I'm sure GAGE made that man's day. He was so kind to the man and as I watched them interact, my heart was touched deeply. GAGE, thank you. It warms my cockles to see such fine young people in what seems to be much of a cruel world.

This is a clean and spacious location, byfar the biggest Starbucks in the area! A mask is required to order your drink, but once seated you can take it off. Seating is distanced, the washrooms are closed. The staff are super friendly, I will definitely return!

This man came in a was refusing to wear a mask even though it is the companies policy and not the individual stores. The staff kept calm and proceeded to tell the man to please wear a mask and comply. As he continued to start a scene and blame everyone else and claim that he was the only person exempt from wearing a mask even though he had no medical proof that he was actually exempt. The staff did a great job of doing there job and asking him to leave very politely. Very very impressed with there attitudes toward this man as personally I would have been enraged.

Internet never connects. Had the same issue at other location across the street. Nobody could help there or this location. Have never had issues at any other location. On a positive note, great to see the covid precautions for staff and customers.

The coffee and snacks are just as enjoyable as always. However, what makes this place different is the staff. Always greets you with a smile and their service is on point. Easily the best part of my work day is taking ten minutes to head to this location for my butter croissant.
