Our full bathroom remodel with McHales was just completed and we are more than thrilled. Mike M, our project manager, worked endlessly and tirelessly on our old worn-out, outdated bathroom, making a beautiful modern and clean bathroom. Mikes tiling in the shower is remarkable! He also installed our new custom storage unit, new hardwood floors and focused on every minor detail we typically don’t think of. Everything was done flawlessly! Professional, clean, and courteous. All of the McHales team members that worked on our bathroom including Mike, Marty, Luis, Danny, Neil, and Doug, from day 1 demolition to the last day were absolutely wonderful and personable. Our bathroom is a dream! Our next project is the kitchen and we cannot wait to see these guys again. They took every precaution necessary and worked safely and efficiently. From keeping our floors clean with plastic coverings to cleaning up every bit of dust after each day. I give McHales 10/10 and my family and I recommend them to everyone and anyone looking for any type of work. Thank you to ALL!

“Resolve Draining Issue in Tub”nnMcHales had completely renovated our bathroom last year in December. The people, especially the installer Harry, did a very nice, professional, rich looking installation. My wife and I were very pleased, and was the reason we contracted McHales. We have had renovations of a bathroom before, and had used a cheaper company. The job that they did was “adequate” for our needs at the time, but was not nearly as finished looking and professional as McHales.nnLast month we noticed that the bathtub drain was not always sealing - sometimes it did and often it did not. Since it was less than a year since the renovation we called McHales back. They promptly made an appointment and completely lived up to their warranty of one year. The plumber, Marty Griffin, quickly analyzed the problem - a minor adjustment- and resolved the issue. It took about 10 minutes. He was very (!) respectful of the house and us - mask and ‘booties’, and took the time to show me how the problem could be fixed if it happens again. He was also very friendly.nnAlthough McHales was not the cheapest bidder for the project, in the end you get what you pay for, as the saying goes. We would definitely go with McHales if we want another renovation. They are worth the price!

I am very pleased with the timeliness, quality and care taken to replace my sewer line to the main. McHales customer service and tech team were very courteous, professional and engaged in not only performing the task at hand, but also keeping me informed on the status and process. I highly recommend them for your service needs. Pricing was also a big factor in my decision. McHales was very competitive and fair in my opinion for the services requested based on other quotes provided and ultimately the quality of work performed. Thank you to the entire team.

Mark came out to give us a quote on a sump pump install for the basement. He was very professional and courteous. I would definitely use them again just on how customer oriented they are. Good service is hard to find these days and it was good to work with a company that actually has the customer in mind

We highly recommend McHales after having our electric work completed by Kyle and plumbing by Mike and John. Very professional and personable and they explain options and the work they are going to do. We had the water service replaced into the house as well as a new sewer line in the basement in a timely way. Also the crew of Anthony, Austin, Brian, Zak, George and Nick were very helpful and professional.
