Wonderful, convenient location inside the Walmart store to get taxes done -- simply dropped off our paperwork, do a bit of shopping and it's done! … plus free parking! … it's all good... thank you so much.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had getting my taxes done. They make appointments they can’t keep; the accountant takes phone calls during your appointment to work on OTHER PEOPLE’S TAXES and then (surprise) can’t finish your taxes within the allotted hour. We showed up for a 5:00 appointment and they hadn’t even seen the 4:30 person yet. And what did they have to say for it? “Don’t blame us, call corporate H&R Block and complain that they cut our hours.” So we took our half-done (after they had them for three days) taxes and left. If you would like your simple taxes done in 2 appointments spanning two hours each, by all means, go here. If not, avoid at all costs.

The tone of the woman answering the phone and making appointments I found rude. I cancelled my appointment.
