We used Allwire Electric for the first time today, Mike came out to install our ceiling fan. He was on time, courteous and did a great job. He even cleaned up when he was done. No drama, no complaints, no excuses...what a pleasure. We will definitely use Allwire Electric again.
Electrician showed up after dark--no flashlight in hand, no company ID. He handed me his drivers license. (Although the electrician himself was very amiable) We had a no power concern in our detached garage. He said we had broken wire (covered claim), but told insurance company we had improper wiring (not covered). A dozen calls to All Wire for a detailed report on the diagnosis. No one answers the phone or responds to email. This electrician was dispatched by First American Home Warranty, who also will not contact the electrician for a detailed report. Where's the customer service?
