Fast unload in and out. Easy to get to from the interstate. Security guard is friendly and helpful and they come get your paperwork you just need to stay in your truck. They open your doors up from inside the warehouse.

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience here. Their website is lacking information, on procedures and or hours for will call. I live out of state, just needing to pickup product that was left to me. I tried to make a pick up, 3 times. Calling first each time, ( you'll need an appt for pick up ), each time I called I was passed around to different folks, trying to schedule a pick up time. And was never given complete information, a bit of a run around. Even when asking direct questions like, hours of operation ( was told it can vary at times, to call each time). First time, I was in Seattle for business, called: closed at 4. Hours of operation are standard. No way to make it w/o paying OT for employees. The second time I was told I'd have to call back, the individual I talked to transfer me a few times, before I got no where. I explained I live out of state and was trying to coordinate when I would be in Seattle for work. They asked me to call back, but she was friendly. The third time, I called- staying an extra day in Seattle just for pickup. I talked to a gal who was able to schedule a pick up time for me, but explained there would be a $87 fee for same day pick up. I realise that this is a business, but at no point was I told or the info, easy to come by for the requirements, and fees for picking up a product. The previous few times I had attempted to make contact. Maybe spell all that out on the website. Once I got there, my 1 box of product was there, it was cold. The very nice folks at the will call dock, got me the product. Once on site, and in gates they were nice, and provided customer service.
