I have used Bramble Berry for years to purchase supplies for making cold process soap, candles, and other personal products for myself and family/friends. This is a wonderful, full-service business - always have what I need or want (and then some), user-friendly website, fast shipping (with every order always correct, present, and still intact), and even articles, tutorials, and kits! This is a well-run business that is always striving to improve - it's growth has been apparent throughout the years. Shipping has been a little slower during COVID, but I saw the warning about this on their website and still got an intact, complete order - and I was able to track my delivery with a tracking number that Bramble Berry sent to me in an email after they shipped my order (as always). I can't say enough wonderful things about Anne-Marie and this company - thanks so much for the services you provide!

I ordered a few soap making kits for my mother-in-laws birthday. I contacted customer service and they were able to expedite the processing making sure it arrived on time. Probably the best customer service I have ever received. Will absolutely order from them again.

The products and customer service at Brambleberry are amazing. However, it would be nice if they included an email confirmation with your order. I have ordered 3x now and each time just had to hope my order would show up because I had no way to track it or ensure it was shipped.

online purchases do not have the option to track, I do not know what the status of my purchase is despite having paid the shipping, I understand that we went through alterations by the covid 19 but you must update the status of the shipments, I I asked for an order since June 25 and I still do not know what its status is and you do not answer my emails either this rating is about the online service, about the products I have no negative comments

I have called Brambleberry at least 3 or 4 times. I have. Left them number is messages and still have not received a call back. I place my order on 6/20/2020. It was shipped 7-10 days later. Arrived at UPS due to not being able to deliver to a PO Box. That’s all good and well. But your website should indicate that you do not ship to P.O. Box. So then I call uPS they Indicate that the package is on the other side of town. So I ask to have the package Shipped to closer area. UPS agrees then days later indicate I have to contact the sender did that then day later I was informed that the sender has it set up that if the package is not able to be given to the receiver. It has been setup to go back automatically to the sender. Here it is 7/13/2020 and the package is back with brambleberry I had to wait 7-10 days for the package to ship another 5 days for the package to be rerouted then the package went back to the sender based off the company routing direction in there system setup. Now I called again on 7/13/2020 still no response this bus so crazy right here.
