We bought two strings of solar lights. The first string works okay...stays lit for about 5 hours. The second string doesn't work at all. I emailed customer service over a week ago with my concerns. No reply.nThey are dollar store lights at designer prices. Shop elsewhere.nnDear Allsop. Look 4 sentences above. I DID EMAIL YOU!! You did NOT reply...until I gave you a bad review. Turn off the computer responses and reach out as a human being. Your customer service is as cheap as your products. Bad news!nnCS contacted me and sent out a replacement string. I appreciate that.
