Never bad pizza. The only problem i had was could not order on line because of email complications

I am giving three stars because I have had plenty of good experiences here but my most recent experience was not great. The first issue is, one of two pizzas I got for my family was so old it was crunchy and we had to throw it away and it was too late in the evening to go back for a different one. The second issue is, I noticed on my bank statement I was charged twice in the same day, for the same Little Caesars, for the same exact amount. I called and spoke to a man who claimed to be the manager the very next day and he offered to send coupons for two free pizzas, a week later I have yet to receive those. He also said that he would look into the double charge and it is now a week later and I have not heard anything back. I phoned in second time today 8/5 around 6pm after waiting patiently for some type of response and today he says that he doesn’t handle refunds and stuff like that and that’s the owners responsibility and he took my information down for a second time and says he will pass it on to the owner of the store. This however is what he said last week too, so I don’t have high hopes that this will be my last negative contact with this particular location. I don’t even have to have my money back for the second charge on my bank statement just give me the same exact Items at no charge since I already paid plus free pizza coupon on your dime for the nasty crunchy pizza we were given and had to toss
