If you want a professional, thorough and dedicated attorney that has your best interest at heart, I recommend Joseph Bartek. He takes the uncertainty and fear out of the process. He and his team of consultants give you their undivided attention and support. I knew we we're in excellent hands. I would highly recommend Joe Bartek as your personal injury lawyer. In October 2016, I was hit by a car while walking across a street. I suffered a broken femur and a concussion. I asked Joe to represent me as my personal injury lawyer. Joe is an excellent lawyer. He was professional and communicated with me very efficiently. He told me what to expect from the process, what he expected the timeline to be and made excellent suggestions for guiding me through the process. He was a very effective negotiator with all the insurance companies involved. He also handled bureaucracy between the hospital and insurance companies that was delaying the process. I felt very comfortable with Joe representing me and it seemed like all negotiations concluded to my utmost benefit. I am extremely please with the settlement and the results. I highly recommend Joe to anyone in need of a personal injury lawyer.
