Open a checking account online, they sent the paperwork to my email.. paperwork was signed and was told to come in to the branch to make a deposit.. I go in a couple of days later to make a deposit and was told my account was closed?! Apparently due to some blemishes they couldn’t open it? What a joke! Also at least have the decency to send an email or communicate? Will be making an official complain through the Federal Reserve!
Spend about 3 hours calling, every time you need to talk to them, before they answer.
Black Friday is not a Holiday and yet was closed clarifying it's an Holiday. Having to miss out on Black Friday. I couldn't assistance with anything to accommodate getting cash from their own ATM.
I belong to 3 other credit unions in other states that I have lived, and Grand County Credit Union is by far the best!! Keith, Brennan, Daysha, and really the entire staff, are always so pleasant and helpful!! They put up with a lot from me! I can't recommend this credit union enough! Thank you so much, I really appreciate all of your hard work!
Quick and fast loans, friendly service, basically what hometown credit unions were 25 years ago, (what banks were 50 years ago), always ready to help!!!!!
