BEST Yoga out there. You will most definitely experience quick and profound results from an honest teacher willing to meet you where you are at in your practice. Be prepared to be challenged in ways that are humbling - but most importantly - empowering. Look no further - this Yoga is real and powerful.
This Shala and the community with in it have been like a little safe haven for my practice. The practice is tough and the teachers are there to push you and i feel very lucky to have found this school. I recommend this to anyone interested in learning more about the Ashtanga yoga practice!
Luke is an experienced and knowledgable teacher. He is supportive in your personal practice, and wants to connect with you on personal areas of interest for your future teaching. I recommend this training for anyone wanting to avoid mainstream trainings, as I feel it is quite different than what else is out there in Bellingham. This training focuses on the traditions, teachings and practices of the Ashtanga lineage. Your study of yoga philosophy will be in depth, as will your study of traditional asana. I learned so much in this training, and I feel it has adequately prepared me for any teaching I plan on doing in the future.
