Very clean updated bowling alley. I especially like when my second shot could be a spare the TV above my lane shows video graphics on where to hit the pins if I was good enough to aim the ball it may have been helpful to me. They have a large arcade and billiards tables too. They have a bar too but it wasn't open in am when I bowled.
One of the managers, April, is fatphobic and has been overheard saying rude things about people who are overweight who work there. As a manager who is supposed to be professional, this is extremely unprofessional and action should be taken. Someone who is supposed to be a leader to the workers and whos job is based on customer service, I cannot believe someone like that works at berks lanes. I’ve always had great experiences there but knowing someone like April works there, I will not be returning anytime soon.
Great place to bowl, cheap prices, they have a kids bowl free program during the summer. Only downside is some of the staff aren't very friendly and if your lane has mechanical issues they still make you pay for the game. ud83dude44
I purchased a Groupon this past weekend and took my kids bowling. The place was very clean, I feel they are following the cdc guidelines very well. They set you up every other lane to social distance.
It was a very nice and very clean place to take your family and have a wonderful time
