I had an emergency as I left my blood pressure medicine at home when I went out of town. I called them 36 times and nobody answered. The pharmacy that was trying to get the prescription called 12 times and nobody answered. I finally called a different RiteAid and explained what was happening. They apologized, put me on hold and never came back. It has always been a nightmare trying to get through to them. I transferred all of my medicines to RX on Sunset and am much happier. They actually seem to care about helping me!

I called this store to get more information on something and spoke with a manager named Linda. Not only was she rude, but you can tell she lacks customer service skills. How she got the job as a manager, baffles me. I know it was close to closing time, but you should never act like that towards a customer.

No masks on employees (except for the pharmacy). There is no enforcement of mask-wearing for customers. Staff mocked me when I raised my concern and asked to speak to a manager.

Never had any issue with them. Quick and very helpful staff when you have questions.
