Rite Aid has great sales and very convenient for those who live right downtown
The staff are always very sweet and friendly, of the store and the pharmacy!
Not bad for a downtown drug store.
this pharmacy has been messing up my prescription since the start. they give me the wrong syringes. don't give me injection needles for some reason. and even if I bring in a paper from the doctor they still say for a change in the prescription, making me contact my doctor, something that is really hard to do with my doctor. even though they should know more about my health more than my doctor right? that's what they say. pharmacists are supposed to be able to correct anything wrong they see in a prescription. but this pharmacy wants to blame my doctor. even though my doctor has shown me on her computer what she sent in. this pharmacy is understaffed, overworked, and careless. I have missed 3 weeks of my prescription and have to start over my treatment because of this pharmacy. if they cannot get me what I need in a timely manner then they are not worth it.
I wanted to give this 5 stars because the staff is so friendly, the store conveniently located and is always clean, but unfortunately understaffing employees seems to be a trend here.nnOn Monday (5/20) around 2:30 there was a cashier with a line about 6-7 (maybe more) people deep and continuously growing with every person she was able to get out of the door.nnShe ended up opening a second cash register, and checking out customers two at a time, bouncing between the two registers. I don't mind waiting, but I don't like seeing people over worked. She was working very hard to get the line under control, she deserves credit for her hard work!
