Was extremely busy. Another employee walked up to register and started using it,, as i waited to he waited on. Not sure what she was doing a lot of typing, a growl, talking to the girl waiting to take my order. Felt like a waste of my time.
A little dirtier than I would like. Watched the girl making my order, grande pumpkin spice latte, 3 people got their drinks before me. I saw her crumble up my cup 3 different times 🤔 finally got it.
Moab doesn't really have a Starbucks! Recommend going to one of the local coffee shops instead! The Starbucks is inside the City Market and while the employee was wonderfully kind and working as fast as possible they were not equipped to serve more than one customer at a time on a Monday around 4 pm.
I bought a coffee in the morning on June 28. She is So unkind. Throw a coffee cup on the desk. She is wearing mask, but not well. Her nose was out of her mask. Something would be dropped into my coffee. It went to trash. Make my day bad. Manager needs to know it.
Took forever to get our coffee, about 40 minutes. Be nice to have more than 2 working. They a separate building than being stuffed inside the entrance corner of a grocery store
