Multi billion dollar restaurant. Food is gross.. coffee is okay.
I was on a long road trip and needed some coffee..badly! Their machine was being cleaned, so I couldn't get my caramel mocha..BUT the lady was so nice and offered to make me a regular coffee with lots of cream, sugar, and caramel in it. It was delicious and I super appreciated the extra mile!
Like any other McDonald's except, the line starts outside. That would of been fine because they were actually pretty fast. Until I witnessed a mouse runs across one of the workers shoes. She rightfully screams. Then the female manager on duty starts yelling at the worker for screaming. Seriously? It was a freaking mouse. I told them to keep the food and use the money to call and exterminator for mice. I mean that was disgusting. A mile down the road is a Burger King and I am happy to report no mice were seen there.
The staff was super helpful. They worked quickly, and seemed genuinely happy to see me. They accidentally put 4 nuggets in my box instead of 6, but when I asked about it, they were quick and responsive in fixing the problem.
Ordered and they messed up my order completely, I paid for more than I got and they didn't give me the receipt either so
