I was having car troubles and called Chuck's and they were able to get me in the next day to get it looked at. They called me and told me all the things that were wrong but never forced anything on me. They were very informational and helped me with understanding what I needed worked on. With my previous experience with mechanics, they really seem to pressure you or make you feel like you don't have a choice. They broke down ALL the costs with me, showed me exactly what I would be paying for, and made me feel like they weren't hiding anything. I highly recommend Chuck's Midtown Motors for those who know little or a lot about cars, they make you feel welcome and understood.

They were super helpful and courteous! I called to see if they had space to help fix my brake light and they said to come by and they would see if they could help. Tom specifically changed my brake light for me and only charged for the bulb. Great service and would recommend to a friend!

Great customer service all around. Tom was very friendly and helpful. They don’t work with the mentality of a salesman and certainly don’t try to force any unnecessary services upon you. However, they do provide excellent recommendations and information about your car that may need servicing in the near future. I highly recommend this business.
