It’s a good store I’ve been there many of times ,unfortunately the only thing I don’t like is the backdoor sales that are conducted ,went in to ask about how I can acquire the new releases and put in for a reservation and was given 2 different answers from 2 different employees ,first I was told u can just come to the desk and ask to reserve a spot then the next was u can call ,then comes to find out that neither was true and when I ask the girl why can’t u reserve she then tells me u gotta be cool with the manager to get a spot or if they know u or like u,I’ve now stop business and shopping with this finishline and took it to StockX and Urban necessities, you can both look up on Instagram,I feel though as shoe store in the city I lived in they failed to see the customers and treat them fairly with there newly released shoes which are mostly Jordan’s ,other than that there alright

The customer service was great and very helpful. My issue was getting size 1 sneakers for my son. 4 different pairs and they didn’t have the size I needed. They were able to find a pair, but the other sneaker was a display and the white was turning yellow. Looked like I was getting 2 different color sneakers when they were supposed to be all white. Finish Line has moved to be my last resort. Even though I couldn’t find the sneakers I needed, the employees were very apologetic and professional.

I entered raffle and won for the Jordan 12 university gold and when I got there it was closed.I waited for three hours it was still closed so I am confused do they have my shoes or not?

The manager at this store is very welcoming and helps you with what it is you want. If the item you want is not in the store he will make sure he can get it for you by looking online and ordering it for you. If the item is not available he will assist in helping with another selection. Excellent customer service!
