Walked in at 6:54 pm, was told they were closed. They close at 7. Horrible, way to let money walk out the store. Foot Locker down the hallway didn’t turn me away. Ridiculous

Anytime I walk into a place such as a Champs or any other place to buy kicks it's not to window shop and I always buy at least 2 pairs but when it seems to be too much trouble to assist me when looking for a size that fits, I'll go elsewhere and that's exactly what I did. What's even better I found the same pair 30 dollars cheaper at Foot Locker. Customers are what keep you in business and employees need to remember that and owners, and management needs to make that clear to all employees. Tbh this was the 2and time I walked in within a month and got the same poor service but I guarantee it won't happen again because this was the last time I will waste my time going into Champs for anything.

I walked in and got greeted by none of the people who work there. One of the employees was wiping down the shelves, looked up at us and just went back to doing what he was doing. His cohort was just standing around doing nothing and having a conversation with the wiper. A female employee was on her Apple Watch not paying anyone any mind, and another employee watched us go by and literally just look at us. I’m not sure why everyone in this store seemed like they have never been introduced to the concept of customer service, but if you’re trying to get sales, it kinda starts with “Hello” and progresses from there.
